I rang about 3pm and David was with us at 5.30 to sort out an under-sink leak (following recent appliance installation by another company!). He was professional, helpful, empathetic, smart and thorough. He fixed the issue carefully, explained everything clearly, with grace and humour and left us reassured. The speed of response and helpful attitude was first-class. Highly impressive. I'd recommend without hesitation.

On short notice Reuben from River Tay Heating visited my elderly grandparents. He removed a radiator in the entrance hall way at the base of the stairs to make way for a stair-lift that was being installed the following day. He returned the following week to fit a new modern vertical radiator with better output on the only available narrow wall space left in the hallway. He even stopped to sit down and have a coffee (at their insistence) to have a wee blether. At no point did he make the job seem rushed even though he was very prompt and didnt make them feel as though they were just another job for the day on the days he visited. They've been singing his praises ever since and have been trying to think of other jobs that he could do around the house. Very tidy, punctual, pleasant, and the consummate professional!
